Solution
The ecosystem is designed to meet our objective by strengthening the network between the health house and elderly patients. It does this by (a) creating a clear and digital platform that links elderly people to assistance at the health house (b) creating artistic installations in public spaces that screen for health problems (c) promoting information through the poste to reach people in outerlying territories.
We created this brand with one clear intention: to build a simple, human centered digital platform that connects elderly people directly to the support they need at the Health House.

At the heart of our system is an intuitive, senior specific UX/UI experience. We believe that designing for seniors is not a limitation it’s the purest form of good design. That’s why we chose easy to read typography, strong and comfortable contrast, and a clear visual hierarchy that guides users naturally and confidently through every step.

Accessibility is not an extra feature for us; it is our foundation. With AI-powered voice commands and conversational chat support, we ensure that navigating the platform feels effortless and reassuring for everyone regardless of their familiarity with technology.

This is more than a digital service. It’s a bridge designed with clarity, empathy, and dignity at its core.

Based on our research, many existing solutions for elderly care focus heavily on guidance, monitoring, and complianceof ten prioritizing efficiency over emotional experience. These approaches can feel directive or even intimidating, unintentionally reinforcing a sense of vulnerability rather than support.
This project challenged that paradigm by shifting the focus toward empathy, prevention, and human connection. Instead of reminding users what they should do in a rigid or fear driven way, we explored how care could feel more natural, supportive, and even enjoyable.
By introducing a more playful and evolving experiencesuch as a companion like presence that grows with the user we aim to create a system that feels less like a tool and more like a relationship. In this context, the user is not simply managing their health, but engaging in a meaningful interaction that encourages self expression, trust, and well-being.
Ultimately, this approach reframes care as something shared and human: where users feel understood and supported, not defined by their condition, but connected through an experience that respects both their needs and their emotions.
